Here Are Some Helpful Tips Using The App
Power Cycle Your Phone 1
Many issues can be resolved just by powering down your phone COMPLETELY and then turning it back on.
Make Sure The DParkRadio App is Up To Date
Google & Apple Device:
Go to the app store, search for dparkradio. When you see it, click on the DParkRadio logo. That opens the info page. If it says “update”, click on it to update. If it doesn’t, you have the last update installed.
Make Sure Your Phones Firmware is Up To Date
iOS Apple Device:
To check your phones iOS firmware update, go to Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone or iPad; if an update is available, you will see the option to download and install it there.
Android Device:
To check your Android Update Status, open you sevices settings app. Scroll down and click on “About Phone”. Now click on “Software Update”
